1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the “JoyWP Testimonials Addons For WPBakery Page Builder” plugin (“Plugin”), developed and maintained by joyWP (“we,” “us,” “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the Plugin, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of the Plugin

The Plugin adds a set of testimonial-display elements to the WPBakery Page Builder editor, for both front-end and back-end editing modes. The Plugin requires WPBakery Page Builder (a third-party plugin, sold separately by WPBakery) to be installed and active; without it, the Plugin’s elements are not available.

3. License

The Plugin is distributed under the GNU General Public License v3.0 or later (GPLv3+). You may use, copy, modify, and redistribute it under the terms of that license, available at https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-3.0.html. Nothing in these Terms restricts the rights granted to you under the GPL.

4. External Service 

When you deactivate the Plugin dashboard, the Plugin may prompt you for a reason and optional feedback text. If you submit this form, the following data is sent to our server at api.joywp
– Plugin slug and version
– Your WordPress version
– Your PHP version – Your active theme name and ve
– Your WPBakery Page Builder version (if detected) – The deactivation reason you sdback you entered
This request is only triggered by your explicit action (submitting the deactivation feedback form) — the Plugin does not phone home automatically or track usage otherwise. This data is used solely to help us understand why users deactivate the Plugin and improve it.

5. Intellectual Property

The joyWP name, logo, and any branding associated with the Plugin remain the property of
joyWP. The Plugin’s source code as noted in Section 3; this
does not grant rights to joyWP

6. Support

Support is provided on a best-effort basis through the WordPress.org support forums. We do not guarantee a specific response time or resolution.
